4. NDIS-Specific Information

If your child is supported through the NDIS, we may collect and use information to:

  • Align services with your child’s NDIS goals
  • Provide reports for plan reviews and reassessments
  • Work collaboratively with support coordinators, plan managers, and other providers
  • Meet NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements

We will always seek your consent before sharing information, unless required by law.
