Fees and Funding

Realise Ability is an approved NDIS service provider. Whether your NDIS funding is agency managed, self-managed or plan managed, Realise Ability can provide services for you.   

We periodically review our fees against the recommendations made by professional bodies and the NDIS. We generally use the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Guide to determine our prices and policies around them.  You can find these here or contact us for our current fee and service schedule.

Therapy services are available with your Private Health Insurance.  Please note – there may be a gap payment. Private Services are currently unavailable at Realise Ability. 

Realise Ability love supporting families and we know that things happen which can result in not being able to attend appointments. We just ask, that when possible, you give us a minimum of 1 full working days notice if you can’t come in. This will assist us in offering the appointment to another family.  While we understand that this is not always possible, we may need to charge the full fee if you cancel with less than 1 days notice.  Please discuss this with reception when you call to cancel.  

If you miss a session without contacting the team it will result in the full fee being charged.  It may also mean you lose your place on the waitlist. Please contact us as soon as you can to discuss future therapy services.
