Fees and Funding

Realise Ability is a registered NDIS service provider. Whether your NDIS funding is agency managed, self-managed or plan managed, Realise Ability would love to provide services for you.   

Please let us know if you would like to access our services with a GP Management Plan or your private health insurance.  We need to collect slightly different information for invoicing depending on payment type.  Let us know if you would like our help to explore any of these options for fee support.  

Please note – there may be a gap payment. 

Realise Ability love supporting families and we know that things happen which can result in not being able to attend appointments. We just ask, that when possible, you give us a minimum of 1 full working days notice if you can’t come in. This will assist us in offering the appointment to another family.  While we understand that this is not always possible, we may need to charge the full fee if you cancel with less than 1 days notice.  Please discuss this with reception when you call to cancel.  

If you miss a session without contacting the team it will result in the full fee being charged.  It may also mean you lose your place on the waitlist. Please contact us as soon as you can to discuss future therapy services.
